Get Your Fingers on the Pulse at the Crop Production Show!

Syngenta Crop Protection and local celebrity Chef, Simon Reynolds, present the ‘Get Your Fingers on the Pulse’ food demo and tasting at the Saskatoon Inn on January 13, 2009 between 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Chef Reynolds will be preparing delicious and healthy pulse foods for the hungry tradeshow delegates to enjoy as they bustle to see everything the Crop Production Show has to offer.

During his demonstration, Chef Reynolds will discuss the many known health benefits of pulses while Syngenta Spokesperson, Rebecca Krip, explains the agronomic benefits of including pulses in crop rotations.

What: Watch while Chef Reynolds prepares the following tasty pulse dishes for the assembled guests:

Curried Pulse and Lentil Stew
Chickpea, Lentil and Date Cake
Potato and Peas Samosas
Savory Chickpea Muffins
